CUSTOMIZATION
Rotfil solutions are widely customizable, depending on the specific need.
They are equippable with J/K thermocouple and customizable with many cable protection, sealings, electric terminals, threads, flanges and special accessories (also on request).
They are also available with a 90° shape (+ accessories), with indidivual temperature zone control, and/or with differentiated power.

We can manufacture cartridge heaters with built-in thermocouple, for any application that requires a precise and immediate temperature control. Our cartridges Ultramax, are CE+Ul certified both with and without thermocouple.
In addition, we have a stock program for cartridge heaters with thermocouples.

ULTRAMAX – HIGH WATT DENSITY CARTRIDGE HEATERS
Rotfil has been the first firm in Italy to produce high watt density cartridge heaters, in 1977. Nowadays, almost 50 years later, Ultramax is a pluri-certified solution (CE+UL; both with/without built-in thermocouple), flagship of the electric heating sector.

NORMAX- LOW WATT DENSITY CARTRIDGE HEATERS
With a maximum operating temperature of 400° C and a 7 W/cm² maximum specific power, there heaters are particularly useful when a low operative power is needed.
Normax heaters can be built in many diameters, powwers and lenghìths, with multi-circuit voltage, differentiated power and with all the accessories available for Ultramax heaters (kindly consult the catalog).
SUPERMAX – MIDDLE WATT DENSITY CARTRIDGE HEATERS
Thanks to their simple but efficient structure, Supermax heaters can be bent in any shape requested by their application.
With a 400° C maximum operative temperature and a 8 W/cm² maximum specific power, they can be equipped with thermocouples, separated power supplies, 90° cable outlets and all the accessories equippable on Ultramax heaters (kindly consult the catalog).
IPERMAX – EXTRA HIGH WATT DENSITY CARTRIDGE HEATERS
Completely born in Rotfil laboratories, Ipermaxes work up to 100W/cm² and up to 1000° C.
Thanks to their internal design, they can be bent in many shapes, depending on the application.
This heaters are essential for that applications where Ultramax performance are not enough regarding the power.
MICROMAX – LOW VOLTAGE CARTRIDGE HEATERS
This heater is built to be used exclusively with a supply voltage of less than 48V.
Maximum operative temperature: 600° C; maximum specific power: 20W/cm².
We can manufacture heaters with custom length, diameter and power.
