    Rotfil product range is among the widest on the market. Our products, which include far more than just electric heaters, are suitable for any industrial and domestic heating application.

    Our solutions include: cartridge heaters, spiral microtubular heaters, PTC and constant power heaters, hot runner and plastic injection heaters, band and plate heaters, flexible silicone and other material heaters, armored tubular heaters, infrared emitters, thermocouples and other sensors, heating and self‑regulating cables, bolt heaters, products for die‑casting nozzles, and patented coffee boilers.

    We are also the official distributor of the American company Tutco SureHeat, specialized in high‑performance air heaters, and of the Japanese company RKC Instruments, specialized in temperature controllers and thermal regulation systems.

    Absolutely. Custom solutions represent the majority of our orders. Thanks to our know‑how, we are able to apply modifications and customizations to any product in order to meet the specific application needs of our customers.

    Yes, many of our products are constantly available in stock, such as cartridge heaters (with and without TC), microtubular heaters (with and without TC), nozzle band heaters, and ceramic infrared heaters.

    The electric heaters and heating elements from Rotfil and the entire group offer enormous application versatility.

    Although we have some “core” sectors (e.g. plastics, packaging, domestic, HORECA, food industry, transportation, automotive, chemical/pharmaceutical, medical, metalworking, engineering, chemical, automotive…), our solutions have no real limits in terms of application.

    This is demonstrated by the fact that Rotfil has collaborated with organizations (including very prominent names) in the military, aerospace, research, nuclear, and many other fields.

    Rotfil has been ISO9001 certified since 1996.

    Rotfil products are, of course, CE certified, and some of our solutions also carry additional certifications such as UL, CSA, VDE, and IMQ.
