CERAMIC HEATERS

This band heater is equipped with insulation made of steatite strips, while the thermal insulation is provided by ceramic fiber.

The outer sheet can be either solid or perforated, depending on the application requirements. It is available starting from a diameter of 70mm and operates up to 280°C. These heaters are primarily used for drawn heads and processes involving plastics.

The heater allows a significant energy savings and is designed to ensure a long lifespan, minimizing the need for maintenance.

MICA HEATERS

This product ensures high thermal performance. The specific composition of the inner sheet, combined with the one of the outer sheet, guarantees excellent heat transfer and thermal uniformity

The heater is also equipped with a protective collar that ensures its safety and durability. Holes can be made with dimensions proportional to the heater, based on the application requirements.

The minimum dimensions for production are a diameter of 50 mm and a band width of 20 mm. It operates up to 280°C and is primarily used for drawn heads and plastification processes.
