Tutco SureHeat’s Hot Air Tools are precision-engineered electric air heaters equipped with an integrated thermocouple for precise temperature control. Their compact design makes them ideal for single-phase OEM applications requiring accurate, high-temperature performance.
Constructed with a durable 304 stainless steel body, these tools are slotted for flared accessories and can withstand pressures up to 60 psi (4 bar) and temperatures as high as 1400°F (760°C). Air is typically supplied via compressed air lines

RIGHT FUNCTIONING TIPS:
- Always ensure air is flowing before powering the heating element
- Slowly regulate the ramp up time using the potentiometer to control the AC voltage
- Use a temperature controller with 100ms cycle time
