CLOSED-LOOP PROCESS AIR HEATERS
Designed for use with compressed or regenerative blowers, Tutco SureHeat Closed-Loop Process Heat Solutions come with built-in type K thermocouples to accurately measure temperature. They are designed for use with our Tutco SureHeat Control Panels ensuring precise voltage control and overshoot protection.
Choices range from 1 or 3 phase power sources and voltages.
An electric air heater works by transferring electrical energy into a passing air stream. The power and amount of air flow will determine how hot the air heater element will get.

JET AIR HEATERS
The JET air heater is a compact, efficient heating solution for temperatures up to 1400°F (760°C). Available in 3.0kW or 8.0kW, 240V 1ø configurations, it features two Type “K” thermocouples and a convenient terminal block for simplified wiring. For optimal safety and control, pair it with the optional Jet Control Panel. Each heater is designed with a convenient mounting system and includes a ground stud at the inlet. Air supply is typically provided by compressed or regenerative air systems.

MAX AIR HEATERS
Tutco SureHeat’s Max air heater offers a compact and efficient heating solution for air temperatures up to 1400°F (760°C). Available in units from 6 kW to 36 kW, with 240V/380V/480V single-phase or three-phase power supply, the Max model features two “K” type thermocouples and a convenient end terminal for simplified wiring.
For safety, power and optimal control, it can be connected to the optional Max Control Panel. Each heater is designed with a convenient mounting system and offers a grounding terminal located at the heater input.

MAX HT HEATERS
The Tutco SureHeat Max HT provides a compact and efficient high temperature solution for applications up to 1652°F (900°C). The Max HT offers accurate control with a minimum airflow of 18 SCFM. A dual probe type K thermocouple with a convenient terminal block is included for ease of wiring. Each exposed thermocouple probe is used to measure inlet and exit air temperature. One is typically used for process temperature control and the other to monitor the high temperature limit. Each heater has a convenient method for mounting and offers a ground stud for safe operation.
